Back in September of 2023, we were all involved in the Time Team dig at Wytch Farm near Corfe Castle in Dorset.

As a backdrop for Time Team’s 30th Birthday dig, it’s hard to think of anywhere that beats Corfe Castle! The sad part is that because (as ever) it’s always so busy on a shoot, no-one got the opportunity to visit the castle. Maybe a return visit is needed (outside of a Time Team event), since the landscape down in Dorset is really quite exceptional.

The site turned out to be challenging too, but I think the team did it justice despite the weather on the final day!

Back in June of 2023 the team were part of the Time Team community dig in Modbury (Devon). The programme is now in production so we can’t say much about it other than it was a fantastic experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed!

UPDATE October 2024 – The feature length episode is now on YouTube.

The SharedPast team have all been working hard on the filming of the new Time Team episodes. It was lovely to catch up with old friends and meet all the new members of the team.
